Notice Of Waitlist Opening

Vista Court Senior Apartments

VHA is opening a waitlist for 76 subsidized 1 and 2 bedroom apartments at Vista Court. Vista Court is a brand new apartment community exclusively for seniors 62 and over. Vista Court is located at 14th and Esther Streets in downtown Vancouver, with easy access to public transportation, parks and local services. The subsidy for these units is project -based, meaning the subsidy can only be used at this property. Applicants must have income less than 50% of Area Median Income for their family size. For a family of one this limit is $25,200 annually. All family members must be 62 or over to be eligible for this property. Families with members who are disabled and require a reasonable accommodation for a caregiver maybe eligible even if the caregiver does not meet the age restriction.

Applications will be available beginning December 1 and must be returned to VHA by Thursday, December 15 at 5:00 pm. Applications will be selected by lottery. The date and time you return the application will not matter as long as you return it by December 15 at 5:00 pm.
